Our Position on the Invasion of Ukraine

We greatly admire the everyday Ukrainians who are risking life and limb for their country, but we are also extremely concerned about the unfolding humanitarian crisis being caused by this completely unnecessary invasion by Russia.

Until the invading troops withdraw from Ukraine, we will never work with any organisation based in Russia, nor will we undertake work with any organisation anywhere in the world that is in any way supportive of this invasion, or trading with the government of Russia.

Naturally we will support any organisation requiring our help to assist refugees escape to neighbouring countries, or any charities offering support to refugees anywhere in the world. You can play your part by donating to the British Red Cross.

We are a small agency and clearly any action we take will not have any major impact. However, if we all take a stance against Russia’s behaviour we can put severe economic pressure on the country and show them the only way forward is to abandon their ill-advised invasion.

Large brands such as AG Barr, H&M, IKEA, Apple, Volvo, Netflix and many more have already withdrawn from Russia to varying degrees and we urge you to consider your organisation’s stance on this critical matter.

Lastly, we are in awe of the people of Russia who have protested the invasion of Ukraine at enormous personal risk. These brave people are undoubtedly the future leaders of Russia once the current regime has been consigned to history.
