Oakwood is a private nursery school on the south side of Glasgow, serving Cathkin, Rutherglen and Cambuslang. It looks after just over 120 pupils at its campus on Lochbrae Drive.
In 2018, the owners invested in new facilities to support the education and development of its children. It decided that was also an ideal time to build a new and lasting brand to encapsulate the improved Oakwood.
We came up with a new visual brand to the school’s specifications, very much fitting in with the design language of prestigious and historic schools. The project required the design of many assets, such as: signage; stationery; staff ID; car liveries; branded envelopes; Christmas cards; document templates; and e-newsletters.
The business was sold and merged into the Busy Bees Nurseries group in autumn 2021.
